Evoba Wood Ceiling System Installation Guide

There are two ways to install the Evoba Wood Ceiling System, surface mount and suspended. Surface mounted installation will install using clips directly to your existing ceiling or framing. Suspended mount installation will use wires to hang the system from existing framing structure.

Surface mount - Attaching directly to joists or existing ceiling surface using main beam clips.

step-1-surface

1. Attach wall molding and corner medallions.

Fasten corner medallions to wall at desired height. Butt wall molding to corner medallions and nail to wall studs.

step-2-surface

2. Hang main beams.

Fasten main beam to mainbeam clip and install at designated location.

step-3-surface

3. Install subsequent main beams and cross tees.

Hang subsequent beams using cross tees as spacers. Place cross tees at an angle to main beams and rotate until perpendicular to main beams.

step-4-surface

4. Lay in panels.

Slide cross tees over far enough to tilt and insert panel between main beams. Slide cross tee back into proper location.

Suspension mount - Attaching the system to joists using hanger wire.

step-1-suspension

Fasten corner medallions to wall at desired height. Butt wall molding to corner medallions and nail to wall studs.

step-2-suspension
